How to delete your account

1. Open Clean Images on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If deletion fails for security reasons, sign out, sign in again, then repeat the steps above.

If you cannot access the app, email us using the developer contact address shown on the Google Play store listing for Clean Images. Send the request from the email address tied to your account and ask us to delete it.

What gets deleted

• Your login account (email and password or Google sign-in)
• Your cloud profile, including email, device model, operating system version, app version, and usage stats (items deleted, storage freed, review counts)
• Local app stats and session data on your device

What is not deleted

• Photos and videos on your phone. The app never uploads your library, and deleting your account does not remove files from your device.

Retention

Account data is removed when you delete your account. We do not keep a separate copy for marketing or analytics. Backup systems used by our cloud provider (Google Firebase) may retain data for a short period before it is fully purged, in line with their standard retention practices.
